Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies degree program gives graduates the practical knowledge and experience to lead positive change in the workplace as well as in their community. It is designed to give students the expertise to understand, analyze, and model skills needed in a broad range of organizations such as business management, government, and non-profit organizations.
At least one minor is required to fulfill this degree plan. A minor offers students 12 to 24 hours of coursework in a selected area of study. In addition, a minor can prepare students to enroll in a graduate programs for additional expertise in the chosen field.
Minors available in the School of Professional Studies: Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Leadership Studies, Nonprofit Management, Operations Management, Organizational Communication, Organizational Development, Project Management, Psychology.
