The Nutrition Minor requires 12 credit hours of coursework to complete.
Required Coursework
NUTR 2341 is required, plus 9 credit hours of other NUTR courses, 6 of which must be in upper-division courses (3000 and above). Seminar, Practicum, and 1000-level courses do not meet the requirements for a minor.
