Kinesiology Minor

The Kinesiology Minor provides undergraduate students from outside the department the opportunity to take courses in human movement, coaching, exercise science, sport training and conditioning, and adapted physical activity. The minor will give students a broad understanding of physical activity and enable students to gain skills that can be utilized throughout a person's entire life in a variety of fitness-related professions. 

A minor in Kinesiology can complement the degree programs of students who are majoring in nutrition, sport management, business, communications, community health, education, healthcare sciences, and others. 

The Kinesiology Minor requires 16 credit hours to complete.
