Upon completion of the following courses, a Certificate in Organizational Development will be issued. The certificate is designed to accommodate the needs of those desiring to work, or who are currently working, in the Organizational Development profession; for those assigned to management positions whose responsibilities include planning and implementing quality and other process-centered transformations; and for those desiring to enhance their undergraduate and/or graduate degree program credentials.

Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development

The graduate certificate requires 12 credit hours of study.
