BLAW 6306 Strengthening Stakeholder Responsibility
An examination of the legal doctrines that affect the business environment; emphasizes the importance of evaluating organizational decisions to minimize liability and risk; students apply a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) model in case studies. The purpose of this course is to prepare the successful completion of the program research project. Topics include: legal foundations, the American judicial system, dispute resolution, contracts, stakeholder responsibility, and case study preparation and evaluation, among others.
