This course is the study of building and interior codes, industry-specific regulations and guidelines, construction documents, and the resulting implications on human well-being. Documentation emphasizes constructability in terms of structural systems, mechanical and electrical systems, and communication of materiality, lighting, and technology contributing to the student's comprehensive set of specifications and construction drawings.
