PSYC 4312 Personnel Psychology

This course examines the research, theories and practices of personnel psychology including testing validity, job analysis, selection, performance appraisal, training, and legal and ethical issues in employment decision making. Prerequisites: PSYC 1301 and PSYC 3310. This course many not be repeated for credit.
