CRIJ 4390 Concepts of Self-Defense

The course introduces students to a higher proficiency of self-defense ability and to encourage students to evaluate themselves and their particular morals concerning using self-defense techniques. The course focuses on creating/increasing awareness of both on a personal level and in social situations. Students in this course will learn how to evaluate potentially dangerous situations and determine how far they should go to protect themselves.
