Requirements

1. Biology Core (20 Hours):

2. 11 semester hours support course work:

3. Additional Support Course Work in Chemistry or Physical Sciences (8 hours)

These eight hours can be a combination of any additional courses in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Meteorology, or Physics.

4. Biology Electives (15 semester hours from A and B below; at least 12 hours must be upper division):

A. Student must choose from one of the following organismal biology elective options:

Biology courses not specifically required above may serve as electives. Any course from Section 4.A taken in addition to those used to meet the organismal biology elective component may count towards this requirement.
