BLAW 6372 International Business Law

This course presents the influence of law and resulting effects on the conduct of international business. It forces the student to understand how differing legal systems might influence trade. It addresses the various treaty agreements and several courts with jurisdiction for resolving disputes. It will incorporate research into recent trade agreements and trade cases.
