HCHS 30003 Interprofessional Leadership Teams in Healthcare
Prerequisites: Junior Standing; HCHS 10003. This course builds on the core principles of interprofessional education (IPE) and interprofessional collaborative practice (ICP) to prepare leaders who drive collaboration, quality, and safety across the continuum of patient care. The course is aligned with the World Health organization¿s framework of IPE in which students of two or more professions learn
about, from, and with each other. Students in the Allied Health fields of Harris College
together will develop the knowledge and skills to be interprofessional leaders within and beyond their respective disciplines.
