CHEM 101 Chemical Determinants of Health

This course will cover topics in Chemistry, as applied to current health issues, including both the prevention and treatment of illness. By understanding scientific data and discussing risks, students will learn to make well informed recommendations on topics such as healthy drinking water and medicines.
