PLG 10100 Introduction to Law

Car accident. DWI arrest. Home purchase. Got legal issues? By examining historical and contemporary theories of law and methods, students employ legal reasoning skills that enable them to logically analyze civil and criminal law concepts. They will explore the US legal system, legal professions and legal ethics. Students acquire hands-on skills such as case briefing and drafting memos of law.
