FIT 10100 Concepts of Fitness Training
A lecture-based course involving discussions on the principles and concepts involved in fitness training for the general population. Topics also include program development, the effects of training on the muscular system, resistance and cardiovascular exercises for individual and group exercise programs. Discussions on safety tips, body mechanics and nutritional concepts will also be covered along with a review of human anatomy.
