FIT 10100 Concepts of Resistance Training
This lecture-based course discusses the principles and concepts involved in resistance training for the general population. Discussions include program development, the muscular system, resistance exercises on different muscle groups, developing individual exercise programs, safety tips, body mechanics and nutritional concepts. A review of human anatomy will be discussed.
