NUR 103 is a required competency. Students may challenge or take the course with the first Nursing Process course or prior to NUR 142.

The LPN-RN student with an LPN license, challenge, or transfer credit for Nursing Process IA are required to take NUR 110 (Using the Nursing Process), NUR 106 (Principles of Drug Administration) and NUR 206 (Physical Assessment) prior to or with NUR 141 and/or NUR 142.
