BIO 10600 General Biology II
This course is the second semester of a one year long general biology sequence in the study of plant and animal groups form and function from an evolutionary viewpoint. This course focuses on responsiveness, hormonal control, circulation, nutrition, gas exchange, body defense, and excretion in animals. Laboratory exercises use discussion of live animals, museum mount specimen and models and slides to reinforce the basic concepts studied in lecture.
