AUT 111 Automotive Steering and Suspension

A study of the operation of automotive steering, suspension and chassis systems. Students learn to service these systems and perform alignments. Topics include chassis and suspension systems, ball joints, rack and pinion systems, steering gear service and repair, tire mounting and balancing, front and rear alignment angles and four-wheel alignment. This course helps prepare students to take the ASE examination for steering and suspension.
