Institutional Grants and Scholarships

RCC Foundation Scholarships

RCC Foundation scholarships are offered to both new and continuing students. Private donations to the RCC Foundation fund these varied scholarships.

Recipients are awarded based upon various criteria including academic achievement, athletic experience, artistic talents, membership in an underrepresented group, Rockland County residence, graduation from an area high school, and demonstration of financial need.

RCC Foundation scholarships for continuing, graduating and transferring students are awarded every May at the RCC Foundation Scholarship Ceremony.  The online scholarship application process for this group of students typically occurs in March and April of every year.

The online scholarship application process for new, incoming students is typically in late spring and early summer. Selected recipients are notified in early August.

Application: The online scholarship application link is available on the College's website.  Applicants must submit a timely application and, in most cases, a letter of recommendation from a faculty member or high school guidance counselor.
