Immunization Requirements
New York State Law requires all students born on or after January 1, 1957, to present proof of immunity against measles, mumps and rubella (German measles) in order to register for 6 or more credits at any college in the state.
All students regardless of age are required to read the Meningitis Fact Sheet and submit an Immunization Record Form that indicates the date that they were immunized or certifies that they decline to be immunized for meningococcal meningitis.
