Technical Support

The Technical Support section of the Student Portal can be accessed by clicking on “Downloads” located on the left side of the Student Portal home page. This section includes a Student Technology Guide as well as the RC Information Technology Student Policy. When you are granted access to a shared computer system or computer network, you become part of a community of users. The Rochester College Information Technology Student Policy applies to all users of college computers and network resources.

Students having problems with a college computer, college network, or other Information Technology (IT) issues may report problems by 1) emailing helpdesk@rc.edu, 2) calling 248.218.2080, or 3) visiting the Information Technology Office located on the second floor of the Associates Campus Center building.
