Fitness Center
The College operates a fitness center located in the Student Commons. All instructors have been certified in group fitness and CPR. Our instructors offer a variety of group exercise classes including Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Circuit, Step, Kettlebell Training, and more. Group fitness classes are offered during the lunch hour as well as in the afternoon to offer a group experience for those who may need a break from studies or encouragement in starting a fitness program. http://www.piedmont.edu/fitness-center
