SOP 2640 Consumer Psychology

This course addresses the psychological components contributing to satisfaction and dissatisfaction in buying and selling transactions. The consequences of such transactions, as they affect the environment in which we live as well as society in general, are examined. The interface between business, labor, government, and the consumers as all four groups are involved in consumer affairs are analyzed objectively. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.
