HSA 4383 Quality Management in Health Care
This course examines methods for assuring quality in health care and the statistical applications of measuring outcomes. There will be an emphasis on performance improvement and the relationship between health care quality, organizational performance and the role of governing and accrediting bodies in health care organizations. Common methods and trends in quality improvement will be explored.
