AVM 3030 Principles of Aeronautical Leadership
This course covers leadership and management issues, as well as problem-solving and communication skills needed in the aerospace industry. Topics include management and leadership theory, project management, supervisory roles and responsibilities, labor and workforce relations, and professionalism in a high-visibility career field.
