What is Financial Aid?

The purpose of financial aid is to help fill the gap between what it costs to attend college and what students can afford to pay.

Students and their families have the primary responsibility for financing their higher education. However, the Financial Aid office at PHSC can assist by showing where students may be able to obtain grants, loans, scholarships and part-time employment and by showing students how to apply for this assistance.
