PAD 3820 Foundations of Public Safety Administrations
This course provides an overview of the history of public safety, including the roles of law enforcement, emergency management and fire service. The evolution of homeland security and the agencies involved are explored. Students will learn to research program and budget needs for program implementation and measure crime reduction and prevention effectiveness.
