TOU210 Tour Management
Covers customer-service training and how it relates to today's traveler. Management of incoming and outgoing groups and visitors will be studied. Focuses primarily on the role of the tour manager as it relates to costing a tour, planning personalized itineraries for groups of individuals, processing industry forms (i.e. RFP's, check requests, travel vouchers, evaluation forms, manifests), and implementing quality control measures for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
