RNSG 1413 Foundations of Nursing Practice

3 lec/4 lab (4 Cr.) Introduction to the role of the associate degree nurse as a provider of care, coordinator of care, and member of a profession. Topics include fundamentals of nursing, and nursing knowledge, judgment, skills and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Prerequisites: BIOL 2401, BIOL 2402, BIOL 2420, HPRS 1101. Co-requisites: RNSG 1261, RNSG 1201.
