Admission as a Special Student
Students who wish to register for a particular course for credit but are not interested in working toward a degree, may enter the University as a special student. Submit to Undergraduate Admissions in the Office of Enrollment Services, a completed Undergraduate Admission and Scholarship Application along with the one-time $30 undergraduate application processing fee. Special students are not eligible for financial assistance.
If special students later wish to pursue a degree, they may do so by completing the appropriate admission procedure. No more than 24 hours of coursework completed as a special student may be used to fulfill degree requirements.
