IMG.4000 Imaging Leadership Field Placement
Onsite administrative practice with a preceptor, focusing on developing applications of theory, self-awareness, research, and critical thinking skills. Students will have the opportunity to create specific, role-related technical and professional skills necessary for effective health care services and management of an imaging department. The course will identify the roles and functions of stakeholders in health-related fields of practice and identify organizational problem solving and effective management of organizational dynamics. This course will target aspects of administration, leadership, policy development, collaborative process, and implementation of programs as well as health promotion in complex and diverse settings.
