ART 4076 Artists Video
This introductory course is geared toward studying and producing video based in visual arts tradition. The focus in the class will be on developing interesting content while learning Final Cut Pro and proper equipment techiques. Students will examine: the place of video in multimedia and art; current video trends toward issue-oriented work, such as media analysis and criticism, activist video, and personal narratives about identity and individual experience.
