PSY 5015 TOPICS IN CULTURAL PSYCHOLOGY
This upper level seminar course will delve into some of the specific areas of theory and research in cultural psychology, For example, we will look more closely at some of the theoretical work of Lev Vygotsky on the role of culture in development, the influences of Richard Shweder on the theories providing the foundations for cultural psychology, and the influences of culture on concepts of the self.
