EDHE 8250 Legal Issues in Higher Education
EDAD 8250 Legal Issues in Higher Education provides an overview of areas of law that are particularly relevant to higher education and the leadership of higher education institutions. This course introduces methods of legal analysis and decision-making so that students can identify and anticipate legal problems as higher education administrators. Students will also learn to access court cases, regulations, and statutes to understand the legal relationships among these various sources of law.
