BIO 5052 Infectious Diseases

The focus of this course is on microorganisms as they affect human health, including methods of physical and chemical control of microbes, drugs, andhuman-microbe interactions, the nature of human host defenses to microbes, epidemiology and the major microbial groups of medical importance.
