Student Records
Laredo College policy is that all courses for which a student officially registers will appear on the student’s transcript. The transcript will show the grade earned, whether or not the student passed, failed, or withdrew from the course. Exceptions to the policy are as follow:
- On Challenge Examinations, grades must be "C" or better to be recorded on the transcript.
- No grades are assigned or credit given for the CLEP General Examination.
- CLEP Subject Examination grades are recorded at the option of the student. Grades are assigned based on the national norms. The request to post CLEP grades must be made in the Office of the Registrar and Admissions. No grade below "C" is recorded.
