PA 5257 DISASTERS: FROM MITIGATION TO RECOVERY

Disasters create immediate community needs that government agencies and nonprofit organizations help to meet. This course introduces students to the basic concepts of disaster response, starting with efforts to mitigate the impacts and going all the way through the recovery phases.
