NURS 4004 NURSING LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Introduction to the principles of leadership and management in nursing with the integration of evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement methods in direct and non-direct nursing practice. A holistic approach is used to discuss healthcare issues and policies, decision-making processes, diversity and inclusion in healthcare, and the role of the nurse leader as a change agent in a complex interprofessional healthcare environment.
