EDMT 270 CAD-CAM
(Contact Hours: 8) This course will use the college's CNC and Rapid Prototyping machines along with the CAD and CAM software to design and machine a project that is representative of modern design and manufacturing. Students will be immersed in a realistic work environment to solve the challenges of design and manufacturing. CAD, CAM, and prototyping skills and group projects will be a central focus. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of EDMT 103 and either EDMT 171 or EDMT 230 is REQUIRED.
