ANM 298 System Projects

(Contact Hours: 5) This course provides an opportunity for the student to develop a specific web project for a client. This course examines the defining characteristics of web projects, especially involving the development of software intensive systems. While web projects are similar in some ways to other types of projects, they pose unique challenges for the developers that undertake them. Web project management is particularly challenging because of several factors including: the rapid pace of technological changes occurring in the web field and the ever-present pressure to add new features and functionality to systems. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of CIS 170, CIS 174, CIS 193, ANM 187, and ANM 287 or instructor permission is REQUIRED.
