ENT 202 Entrepreneurial Leadership and Human Resource Management
is a course geared specifically for non-business majors and entrepreneurs. The course will allow students to gain an understanding of the essentials of leadership and human resource management as they relate to entrepreneurial initiatives. Students will also be instructed on effective recruitment strategies, performance management and talent development, motivational techniques, managing and leading teams, benefits and compensation, legal considerations, and the contemporary workplace challenges confronting both profit and not-for-profit organizations.
