High School Teaching (Adolescent/Young Adult Licensure)

Students wishing to teach on the high school level must major in a specific major (English, History, or Math) and work toward licensure with the prescribed programs of study located in each of the previous areas. Students will be listed with a primary major in either English, history or math and a secondary major in education with a concentration in AYALA (English), AYASS (History) or AYAMT (Math). Students must work with advisors in both the primary major and the Education Department to assure all requirements are met for graduation and licensure.
