Waiver of Risk

Some courses at the College require travel or may involve risk. Enrollment in such courses is voluntary, and students should not take these courses unless they are prepared to assume the risk involved. By choosing to participate, students voluntary agree not to hold Ensign College or its faculty and staff liable. Ensign College also disclaims liability of any kind for injury or illness of students as a result of participation in student activities connected with the College. The College makes every reasonable effort to provide safe conditions for all courses and student activities.
