FRE 1020 ELEMENTARY FRENCH II
This course continues the development of elementary French skills for students who have already had a solid introduction to French. Emphasis continues to be placed on oral and written communication in the present, past and future tenses as well as on intercultural competency via the study of authentic materials such as music, film, television clips, news articles, blogs and podcasts. Students practice vocabulary and grammatical structures in small group and pair work activities. Communicative activities lead students from structured practice to free expression.
