MGT 428 HRM: STRATEGY AND CONSULTING
High-performing organizations often align their HR practices to their HR strategy and as a whole, their business strategy. The first quarter of this course will discuss the various strategic HR perspectives, concluding in an evidence-based discussion of which strategic HR perspectives lead to greater organizational performance. The remaining part of this course will integrate one of Elon's core values - service - and be entirely devoted to completing a HR service-based project for a local organization. Accordingly, this HR project serves as a culminating experience for the HR career track, with the final deliverable being formally presented to the client.
