EDU 315 EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT
This course is designed to give students a basic understanding of the purpose, use, and interpretation of educational assessments. Emphasis is placed on classroom assessment - monitoring progress, evaluating student products and performances, and constructing reliable measures of achievements. Consideration is also given to the interpretation and communication of both individual and aggregated assessment results.
Prerequisite
EDU 211 or SOC 243, PSY 321.

Only Music Education majors have the option of 2-4 semester hours.
