Special Education

Special Education is a dual licensure program in which teacher candidates complete the requirements for licensure in special education (general curriculum) and one of the following areas: elementary education and middle grades education.

For special education certification, with teacher licensure, in English, mathematics, history or science education with a biology concentration, please see each department listing for the teacher licensure requirements.
