MATH 4999 Independent Study: Mathematics

Directed reading on specialized topics or development of mathematical ideas. Course may be taken for 1-4 units. 1 unit equals 45 hours. Prerequisite: consent of the Department Chair. Contract required. Course may be repeated for credit. MATH 2999 may be taken for lower division credit.
