KINE 1338. CONCEPTS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS (3-0-3) Development of knowledge, skills and understanding of health related training principles and its influence on the quality of life. Emphasis on the design and implementation of varied training programs. Topics include fitness screening, program design for varied energy systems, rest and recovery, and principles of nutrition as related to health.
