Course Description
MUSI 2181. PIANO III (1-1-1) A continuation of MUSI 1181. Solo and accompaniment pieces, all major and harmonic minor scales and arpeggios, progression of primary chords along with ii and vi chords, sight-reading, transposition, and harmonization. There will be a piano jury in addition to the final exam at the end of semester. Three practice hours per week including one hour at the piano lab. Enrollment in MUSI 2211 and 2216 is encouraged. Prerequisite: MUSI 1182 with a grade of at least "C" or consent of instructor. Applied music fee schedule applicable for this course. Assessment Levels: R1, E1, M1. 50.0907
